In the Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies - Behavioral Science concentration, students are provided with the behavioral science theories, methods and research findings to provide a disciplinary understanding of how scientists think about and understand human behavior. Students will understand and apply psychological principles to personal, social, and organizational issues. Students will develop insight into their own and others' behavior and mental processes and apply effective strategies for self-management and self improvement. Combine a concentration in behavioral science with another concentration to comprise your major. Other concentration options include training and development, organizational behavior and organizational leadership. Courses are offered in an accelerated, 8-week format. Students can obtain a degree in four years (less with transfer credits). Those entering with an associate's degree or equivalent can earn their degree in about two years.
