The criminal justice field includes a large variety of jobs. These employees are depended on by people to protect their lives and property. Career Opportunities
After obtaining your criminal justice administration degree, you can become responsible for a team of workers. You will be supervising police officers, detectives, and other law enforcement workers. You would also be able to apply for a sheriff's position. Sheriffs are usually elected to their position. Another possible job for you would be to become a police chief. Marshals also perform other duties such as transporting Federal prisoners, protect Federal witnesses, provide protection for the Federal judiciary, and help manage possessions that have been seized from criminal enterprises. They also pursue and arrest Federal fugitives.
