Nevertheless, you will have to take Human resource Management, HR Informational Systems, HR Payroll Applications, Human Resource Employment Law and Written Communication. You will also take Math with Business Applications, Economics, and Financial Analysis for HR, Compensation and Benefits Administration and Recruitment and Retention of Employees.
The associate degree will also require Introduction to Psychology, Labor Relations and Negotiations, Strategic Performance Management and Race, Ethnic and Diversity Studies. Customer Service Techniques is also a class that will teach you how to deal with the needs of the employee, healing customer relations and how to effectively connect with employees or customers.
